Approximately 1 in 5 women experience anxiety, sadness, or depressive symptoms during pregnancy. You, Me, Baby offers strategies to manage the emotions that we may sometimes experience during and after pregnancy.

You, Me, Baby is here to remind you to take care of yourself to take better care of your baby. The program offers you the opportunity to promote your well-being through simple and effective strategies.

You, Me, Baby will help you deal with the emotional difficulties you may encounter as a parent. You, Me, Baby targets future and new parents. The program aims to prevent postpartum anxiety and depression.
