You, Me, Baby was produced by a clinical and research team from the CHU Sainte-Justine composed of M. St-André, J. Béland, T.C. Montreuil, C. M. Herba, V. Samson, M. Clément, under the direction of Prof. Sylvana Cote. Developed as part of a research project at the CHU Sainte-Justine, You, Me, Baby was the subject of a randomized clinical trial by integrating telephone coaching into the initial approach. The results of this study are forthcoming.
The You, Me, Baby is an adaptation of the scientifically validated Mothers and Babies program. This program was developed by R. Muñoz, H.N. Le, A. Barrera and D. Tandon from Palo Alto University in California, USA.
You, Me, Baby is also powered by the Centre d’expertise en technologie de l’information en santé mentale, dépendance et itinérance (CETI-SMDI) at the Montreal Island-East CIUSSS. CETI-SMDI is responsible for the digital acceleration strategy for mental health in Quebec. This strategy aims to increase accessibility to mental health care and services in Quebec.
