We suggest that you set personal objectives for the program. The aim of this strategy is to make you aware of why you are doing the You, Me, Baby program. If you find yourself lacking motivation, you can go back and look at the objectives you set for yourself.

What do you want to improve or change in regard to how you manage your stress? Would you like to be less anxious, manage unpleasant thoughts better, and communicate with your partner more effectively? What do you want to learn to help you become a better parent?
