Take in your thoughts: Relaxing and practising mindfulness

Sometimes, for whatever reason, your thoughts cannot be changed. So taking in unhelpful thoughts and simply being aware of them can be just as beneficial.

Relaxation is a strategy for taking in thoughts that you already explored in Module 2. To help you in your efforts to manage your unhelpful thoughts, continue doing relaxation and mindfulness exercises daily. You can check out the audio or video practices in the Toolkit section or try out any other exercise that might help ease your mind.
